Kate Deubert comes from About Books, Inc., founded by renowned self-publishing guru Marilyn Ross, where for eight years she specialized in backup editing of fiction and nonfiction manuscripts and overall quality control. She has a valued ten-year working relationship with Sue Collier and performs a variety of services for Self-Publishing Resources, including editing and proofreading, marketing research, promotional writing, prepublication activities, cover coordination, client record maintenance, and SPR blog and newsletter contributions. Kate is a graduate of Rutgers University where she studied advanced math and economics and attained a BA in philosophy with a minor in fine art. She is meticulous about details and devoted to helping authors achieve the outstanding professional book of their dreams.
